What if I don't like the taste?
There are so many ways to switch up our blends to get the taste just the way you like it. Both blends can be drunk hot or cold, add milk if you are looking for something a little creamier, or over ice if you are looking for the perfect iced latte / milkshake. We are also working on new flavours, let us know what flavours you would like to see.
How many servings should I take a day?
The ingredients in both blends are effectively dosed and designed to require only one serving (of each blend) per day. We do not recommend exceeding this dosage.
Is it safe for everyone?

Both our the night blend and morning blend have been carefully formulated to provide a combinaton of both acute and long term benefits. Whether it's the instant focus of our morning blend, or the gentle support of natural sleep of our night belnd, you'll notice the benefits from your first cup. But it will only get better from there as you begin to notice the long term effects like increased strength and power, or optimised recovery, of supplementing with our research backed ingredients such as creatine, magnesium, zinc, vitamins D and B and our adaptogen blends, the affects of these you will begin to see within the first few weeks of implementing your Circa Diem rituals.
Can I use the blends with other products?
We do not recommend you combine our blends with other products containing similar ingredients. Our blends are effectively dosed, aiming to give you 100% of your RDA of most ingredients, overlapping with other products may lead to overconsumption side effects. Our day blend is highly caffeinated, we do not recommend you consume anymore caffeine withing 2-3 hour of consuming a morning blend. Assess your own tolerance diligently.
