2. Service Availability

Our site is primarily for use by UK residents. We do not accept orders from individuals in non-UK European Union member states. Our delivery and return policies apply only to UK mainland residents.

3. Your Status

By placing an order on our site, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a UK resident.
• You are accessing our site from the UK.

4. Formation of Contract

4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order (Order Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) is formed when we send this Order Confirmation.

4.2 The Contract applies only to products confirmed in the Order Confirmation. We are not obliged to supply other products unless confirmed in a separate Order Confirmation.

5. Consumer Rights

5.1 This section applies only to individual consumers, not business or commercial customers.

5.2 As a consumer, you may cancel a Contract within 14 days from the day after you received the products for a full refund in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy.

5.3 To cancel, inform us in writing via email. The products must be in the same condition as received, in resalable condition, and unopened.

5.4 Details of this statutory right and instructions for exercise are provided in the Order Confirmation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Products

6.1 All product descriptions on our site are accurate at the time of publication. We reserve the right to amend product specifications without notice.

6.2 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors or withdraw products from sale without liability.

7. Delivery

7.1 We deliver to any UK mainland address. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

7.1.2 While we strive for accurate shipping prices, errors or higher charges may occur in remote areas. We will inform you of any errors and give the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If unable to contact you, we will cancel the order and refund any payments made.

7.2 Orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, a card will be left for rescheduling.

7.3 Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days if goods are available. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. Delays may occur, and carriage charges are non-refundable. Out-of-stock items will be communicated via email for cancellation or refund.

8. Price and Payment

8.1 You will be charged the current website price at the time of order. Prices include VAT. Changes in prices do not affect confirmed orders.

8.2 Payment can be made via major credit/debit cards or PayPal. Payment is cleared before dispatch.

8.3 Delivery costs are applied at checkout.

8.4 If a price error is discovered before order acceptance, we will notify you for reconfirmation or cancellation. Orders already paid for but not dispatched will be fully refunded if cancelled.

9. Discount Codes

9.1 Discount codes can be redeemed at checkout for full-price products, excluding sale or promotion items.

9.2 Discount codes generally do not apply to subscriptions. If applied, they are valid for a single order, and subsequent charges will be at full subscription price.

10. Refunds and Returns Policy

10.1 You may cancel your order within 30 days.

10.2 Inform us in writing within 30 days of order placement to cancel. Goods must be returned immediately in unused condition with original packaging.

10.3 Only one return/refund per purchase. Accepted exchanges cannot later be refunded.

10.4 You are responsible for returning goods. Use an insured postal service for protection.

10.5 For faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products, we refund original delivery and return postage costs.

10.6 Obtain proof of return and relevant documentation. Contact support@circadiemclub.com for refunds.

10.7 Products failing due to manufacturing defects will be remedied. Contact support@circadiemclub.com.

10.8 Promotional discounts are proportionately applied. Returned items are refunded minus the discount.

10.9 Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-faulty returns or incorrect addresses.

11. Our Liability

11.1 We warrant that products purchased are of satisfactory quality and fit for common purposes.

11.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price and foreseeable losses.

11.3 This does not limit liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
