2. Service Availability
Our website is intended primarily for use by UK residents. We do not accept orders from individuals located in non-UK European Union member states. Our delivery and return policies apply only to UK mainland addresses.
3. Your Status
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:
a. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
b. You are at least 18 years old.
c. You are a UK resident.
d. You are accessing our website from within the UK.
4. Formation of Contract
4.1 After you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of the order (Order Confirmation). The contract between you and us (Contract) is formed when we send this Order Confirmation.
4.2 The Contract applies only to the products listed in the Order Confirmation. We are not obliged to supply any products not included in the Order Confirmation unless confirmed separately.
5. Consumer Rights
5.1 This section applies only to individual consumers purchasing products for personal use.
5.2 You may cancel your Contract within 14 days from the day after you receive the products, in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy.
5.3 To cancel, you must notify us in writing by email. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received.
5.4 Details of your statutory rights and cancellation procedures are included in the Order Confirmation. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Products
6.1 All product descriptions on our website are accurate at the time of publication. We reserve the right to amend product specifications without notice.
6.2 Prices, product details, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors or withdraw products from sale without liability.
7. Delivery
7.1 We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
7.1.2 While we endeavour to provide accurate shipping costs, errors or additional charges may apply in remote locations. If a pricing issue is identified, we will contact you with the correct information and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order and refund any payments made.
7.2 Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available, a card will be left so you can rearrange delivery.
7.3 Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and carriage charges are non-refundable. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you regarding cancellation or refund.
8. Price and Payment
8.1 You will be charged the price displayed on the website at the time of order. Prices include VAT. Changes in pricing do not affect orders already accepted.
8.2 We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment must clear before dispatch.
8.3 Delivery charges are added at checkout.
8.4 If a pricing error is identified before we accept your order, we will notify you and request reconfirmation. If you cancel, or if we cannot contact you, we will issue a full refund for any payment taken.
9. Discount Codes
9.1 Discount codes may be applied at checkout and are valid on full-price items only, unless otherwise stated. Codes do not apply to products on sale or in promotions.
9.2 Discount codes generally do not apply to subscriptions. If a discount is applied, it will only apply to the first order; subsequent subscription charges will be at full price.
10. Refunds and Returns Policy
10.1 You may cancel your order within 30 days of placement.
10.2 You must notify us in writing within 30 days. Goods must be returned immediately, unused, and in original packaging.
10.3 Only one refund or exchange is permitted per purchase. Items exchanged cannot later be refunded.
10.4 You are responsible for return costs and must use an insured postal service.
10.5 If products are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, we will refund the original delivery charge and reasonable return postage.
10.6 You must retain proof of return. Contact support@circadiemclub.com for assistance.
10.7 Manufacturing defects will be remedied; please contact support@circadiemclub.com.
10.8 Promotional discounts are applied proportionately. Refunds reflect the discounted price paid.
10.9 Original shipping charges are not refundable for non-faulty returns or for orders returned due to incorrect address details.
11. Our Liability
11.1 We warrant that products purchased from us are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for common purposes.
11.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products and foreseeable losses resulting from our breach.
11.3 This clause does not exclude or limit liability for:
a. Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
b. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
c. Liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
d. Any matter for which it is unlawful to exclude liability.
11.4 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, business, profits, data, contracts, anticipated savings, or wasted management time.
12. Written Communications
12.1 We may communicate with you electronically.
12.2 By using our website, you agree that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
13. Contract
13.1 The Contract is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
13.2 You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.
13.3 We may transfer or assign the Contract at any time.
14. Events Outside Our Control
14.1 We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Events).
14.2 Force Majeure Events include strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, war, fire, flood, natural disasters, and failures of transportation or communication networks.
14.3 Our obligations are suspended during such events. We will take reasonable steps to resume performance as soon as possible.
15. Waiver
15.1 Failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver.
15.2 A waiver of one default is not a waiver of subsequent defaults.
15.3 Waivers must be in writing to be effective.
16. Severability
If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
17. Entire Agreement
17.1 These Terms, together with referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between us.
17.2 Neither party relies on representations not included in the Contract.
17.3 Remedies are limited to breach of contract.
18. Right to Vary Terms
18.1 We may revise these Terms due to changes in law, market conditions, technology, payment methods, or system capabilities.
18.2 You are subject to the Terms in force at the time of your order unless changes are required by law or we notify you before sending the Order Confirmation.
19. Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of products are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

30. Subscriptions
30.1 Your subscription remains active until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment period.
30.2 You may cancel via the "Manage Subscriptions" section of your account or by emailing support@circadiemclub.com.
30.3 We may terminate your subscription at any time, and you will only be charged for orders already dispatched.
30.4 If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will fulfil your order once stock is replenished.
30.5 To stop future subscription orders, you must cancel through your account or by contacting support@circadiemclub.com.
31. Promotions and Free Samples
31.1 From time to time we may offer promotional products, including free or discounted sample products ("Sample Products"). Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sample Products are limited to one (1) per individual customer or per household.
31.2 We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that appears to exceed this restriction. This applies where multiple orders are placed using different names, email addresses, accounts, payment methods, or delivery addresses that we reasonably believe relate to the same customer or household.
31.3 If we determine that an order breaches promotional restrictions, we may at our discretion:
a. fulfil only one Sample Product and cancel the remainder of the order; or
b. cancel the order in full.
31.4 If an order is cancelled under this clause, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid, including shipping charges where applicable.
31.5 For the purpose of enforcing these restrictions, we may identify customers using reasonable indicators such as name, email address, billing or shipping address, payment method, device information, or IP address.
