We are happy to accept returns for unopened items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be issued if:

• The products are damaged or defective.
• The products are in the same condition that you received them.
• The products are unopened.
• The products were purchased directly through circadiemclub.com.
• The products are returned within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@circadiemclub.com to arrange your refund prior to returning your goods.
2. Send the goods to the address below, including the original order reference:

Shipping Information

• Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.
• If you are shipping an item over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

Important Notes

• We do not accept returns for opened items or for items received outside of the 30-day return window.
• Promotional discounts applied to orders will be prorated across the items in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.
• We will not refund the original shipping charges if a product is not faulty, damaged, or not as described. This also applies if you prefer to cancel the order after it has been returned to our facilities due to an incorrect delivery address being provided at the point of ordering, or if the order returns due to the maximum number of delivery attempts being reached or items held at an access point reaching the maximum hold time.
