3rd bag now (subscription) and this is a genuinely great supplement. I always struggled to fall asleep and rarely had deep sleep. This allows me to do both. The recovery benefits are also great. I look forward to drinking it at night. Side note: love the brand and supporting good people. Definitely worth it.
Best with 1/4 hot water and the rest warm milk. Certainly makes you feel relaxed and aids drifting off to sleep, will definitely be buying more.

Having the night blend has helped me fall a sleep when I'm sometimes struggling and I noticed a difference. When I first tried it, it was bitter. But with milk, it taste perfect. I'm surprised the night blend was cocoa like having hot chocolate during the winter. I would get this again when I'm low on the night blend. Thank you, Circa Diem Club for helping me with my sleeping patterns.
Can’t really tell the difference in getting to sleep or quality of sleep but it tastes like really good hot chocolate and with all the added ingredients I feel like it’s doing me some good.

This stuff is amazing I genuinely get a better nights sleep and more deep sleep than I think I’ve ever had. My son also has trouble sleeping (he’s an adult), so I gave him some and he said he’d slept really well too. I love the taste too, it’s not overly sweet and rich and chocolatey. I will be ordering again.
It really did help me sleep I tried it for three nights I’ve always been worried about some nighttime drinks containing caffeine but this has no caffeine and is low sugar I mixed it with hot milk but you can just add hot water it tastes very good and I felt it had a calming effect I have just purchased some more

I was sceptical, but I can genuinely say I have not slept so well in ages and woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I read mixed reviews about the taste but I think the flavour is lovely and cocoa-ey I do add a drop of cream or milk to it though, it’s so good I’d ordered 30 days worth after 2 of the trial sachets.

Just what I need before night
Thought the flavour was almost unbearable. I use functional mushrooms combined with ceremonial cacao and the taste of your product was not even close. Just not for me.
Had other drinks to try before bed but this is the best one so far..tastes better than previous drinks too
