A great way to take creatine !
I love the convenience of it and the added creatine helps me stay consistent with tanking it. My only concern is the flavour, i found it has a sort of wafer smell and taste to it which isn’t what i want from my morning coffee, I did find that if I add about 1- 1 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and milk it helps. Other than that i really like this product, it mixes well and there’s no chalky taste.

1st taste I thought was a bit harsh then I added a splash of milk and it just tastes like a normal coffee. Really want to buy more but at nearly £50 per month it’s steep compared to some other marketed health coffees (although I can’t find another with creatine) waiting to do the weeks worth to see if I feel any different

I add in a little bit of my normal coffee as it’s definitely a taste I need to get used to (but it is nice), love the concept of having all of these benefits in just one cup of coffee.
