Both our the night blend and morning blend have been carefully formulated to provide a combinaton of both acute and long term benefits. Whether it's the instant focus of our morning blend, or the gentle support of natural sleep of our night belnd, you'll notice the benefits from your first cup. But it will only get better from there as you begin to notice the long term effects like increased strength and power, or optimised recovery, of supplementing with our research backed ingredients such as creatine, magnesium, zinc, vitamins D and B and our adaptogen blends, the affects of these you will begin to see within the first few weeks of implementing your Circa Diem rituals.
We do not recommend you combine our blends with other products containing similar ingredients. Our blends are effectively dosed, aiming to give you 100% of your RDA of most ingredients, overlapping with other products may lead to overconsumption side effects. Our day blend is highly caffeinated, we do not recommend you consume anymore caffeine withing 2-3 hour of consuming a morning blend. Assess your own tolerance diligently.

3rd bag now (subscription) and this is a genuinely great supplement. I always struggled to fall asleep and rarely had deep sleep. This allows me to do both. The recovery benefits are also great. I look forward to drinking it at night. Side note: love the brand and supporting good people. Definitely worth it.
Best with 1/4 hot water and the rest warm milk. Certainly makes you feel relaxed and aids drifting off to sleep, will definitely be buying more.

Drinking the Night Blend every evening before bed and I now look forward to this as part of my wind down routine. It tastes fabulous and has been transformative for my recovery. I’m sleeping much deeper than before and notice that even when a late night clashes with an early alarm I feel well rested. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I love the convenience of it and the added creatine helps me stay consistent with tanking it. My only concern is the flavour, i found it has a sort of wafer smell and taste to it which isn’t what i want from my morning coffee, I did find that if I add about 1- 1 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and milk it helps. Other than that i really like this product, it mixes well and there’s no chalky taste.

First i tried the one week sample pack, that was great so i upgraded to the big bag. I’m a big fan of this coffee as an easier way to get my creatine in and hope to see some benefit of the other nutrients too

Didn’t taste great.
Having the night blend has helped me fall a sleep when I'm sometimes struggling and I noticed a difference. When I first tried it, it was bitter. But with milk, it taste perfect. I'm surprised the night blend was cocoa like having hot chocolate during the winter. I would get this again when I'm low on the night blend. Thank you, Circa Diem Club for helping me with my sleeping patterns.
Can’t really tell the difference in getting to sleep or quality of sleep but it tastes like really good hot chocolate and with all the added ingredients I feel like it’s doing me some good.

Not sure on the morning blend, I like strong coffee and this is not very strong at all, but I’ll persevere.Love the night time blend though.
Could feel the difference the first time I drank it… clearer and focussed, as a 46 year old working mum who strength trains consistently it’s soooo beneficial. Tastes great and I can’t wait to see how it impacts my tiredness over the coming weeks

This stuff is amazing I genuinely get a better nights sleep and more deep sleep than I think I’ve ever had. My son also has trouble sleeping (he’s an adult), so I gave him some and he said he’d slept really well too. I love the taste too, it’s not overly sweet and rich and chocolatey. I will be ordering again.
It really did help me sleep I tried it for three nights I’ve always been worried about some nighttime drinks containing caffeine but this has no caffeine and is low sugar I mixed it with hot milk but you can just add hot water it tastes very good and I felt it had a calming effect I have just purchased some more
